Welcome to the Oregon Youth Soccer Association’s Online Registration and Team Management System.

Somerset West Soccer is using this system for their online registration for the Fall, 2009 recreational season.  We recommend that you use Internet Explorer versions 6 or 7 when registering.

On May 1, the Registration tab at the top of this page will be activated and you will be able to register players and coaches for the fall 2009 season. If you register by June 15, you will be placed on a team for the fall season.  Registrations after June 15 are on a space-available basis.

For new players and coaches, once you have created your account, you will be able to access your registration using your user name and password. Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

For returning players and coaches, please use the account you used last year to register.  Please make sure to verify and update ALL the information in your registration - data from last year which is no longer correct (like grade or school) will persist if not updated and we need to make sure everything is accurate.

Returning players and coaches have two methods of connecting with their existing account if they cannot remember their username or password.  Note that if one of the SWSC administrators completed your registration last year, you can still use one of the options below to access your account.

    1.  Click the Registration tab, then the type of registration (Player or Coach) desired.  When the Account/Login screen appears, select Option 2.  This option allows you to register with the Player Name, date of birth and mailing address to match an existing record without remembering a username or password.

    2.  Click on "Forgot password" on the left side of the screen to retrieve your username and password via email from Affinity.
