Welcome to the Oregon Youth Soccer Association's Online Registration and Team Management System.
Somerset West provides a fall recreational soccer program for players in kindergarten through 12th grade who live in the boundary areas for the following elementary schools: Bethany, Elmonica, Lenox, McKinley, Rock Creek, and Springville. For the High School coed recreational soccer program, our focus is on students attending Westview High School. Players from other areas are also welcome to play with us. We are part of the Tualatin Hills Junior Soccer League and a THPRD number is required to register with our program.
Registration for the Somerset West Fall 2016 season is now closed.
Fees for the Fall 2016 season are unchanged from the last two years:
Microsoccer (Kindergarten/1st grade): $70.00
G02 - G08 (2nd thru 8th grade): $95.00
High School Rec (coed): $100.00
After September 1, registration fees for High School Rec will increase by $10.00.
IMPORTANT: If you have a player turning 7 in 2016 who will be entering 1st grade (playing Microsoccer) this coming fall (usually the kids born between September-December 2009), please contact the registrar at email@example.com before registering. Because of changes in the online program, they will be charged the 2nd grade fee. The registrar will provide you a discount code to use when registering that will result in you only being charged the Microsoccer fee. Similarly, if you have a player turning 14 anytime in 2016 who will be entering 8th grade, you may be charged the High School Rec fee because of changes in the online program. Please contact the registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org before registering to obtain a discount code.
Note that players on a Somerset West Soccer team cannot also be rostered/playing on a Classic or Competitive team during the same season that they are playing on an SWSC recreational team. Players on Developmental teams are allowed to also be rostered/play on an SWSC during the same season. Players on a Somerset West High School Coed team cannot be rostered/playing on any high school team. If you have any questions, please send an email to email@example.com.
While competitive clubs are moving to calendar-year based team rostering this year, our club and all our area recreational clubs will continue to create teams based on player's grade. This will remain unchanged from previous years and allow classmates and friends to play together. As previously, players are allowed to play up one grade if requested during online registration.
